Step Associates are a multi-disciplinary project manager, quantity surveyor and principal designer team. The senior management team have over 20-years’ experience in the renewables field across the UK, Europe and North and South America, providing:

• Acquisition and lenders technical due diligence services for both on and offshore renewable energy projects in the wind and solar fields totalling more than 1GW.
• Practical experience across all project stages including development, construction and operations, along with planning and environmental management.
• Experienced in working with a variety of clients including equity investors, banks, lenders, developers and insurance providers.
• Owners and lenders engineer, quantity surveying and principal designer services throughout construction for onshore wind, solar and heat pump projects across the UK and Europe totalling over 300MW.
