Rayners Penn

Listed Building Conversion

Works continue on the redevelopment of this listed Victorian building into a new Hotel, Restaurant, Spa and Landscaped gardens.

The Rayners Penn site in Buckinghamshire began in 1847 as Rayners House, a grand Victorian country estate. In the early 20th century, it was acquired by the London County Council and converted into Penn School for deaf children, remaining in educational use until its closure in 2015. Many original buildings are now Grade II listed, preserving their historic and architectural significance.

We are pleased to be providing the Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Principal Designer and BIM services on this exciting redevelopment, helping to transform it into a luxury boutique hotel, spa, and cookery school, blending heritage restoration with modern use.
