This Listed Building has long served as a social club and will continue to do so on the ground floor. The first floor will be repurposed by the Wycombe Chair Museum to celebrate Wycombe’s rich furniture-making heritage.

The building is undergoing a comprehensive refurbishment, both inside and out, with new windows designed to restore its historic exterior.

Step Associates are acting as the Quantity Surveyors for this project, with Zeno Construction and Crittall Windows currently on-site.

The window installation is nearing completion, and overall refurbishment progress stands at 20%.
